Hear from Our DTCM Graduates
“The DTCM program by BCG RISE provided me with a comprehensive understanding of digital transformation, equipping me with an end-to-end problem-solving methodology—from framing challenges and designing customer experiences to integrating digital solutions and managing change effectively. What stood out to me was how seamlessly the course connected these concepts into a structured approach. I particularly enjoyed the interactive discussions, team-based projects, and engaging activities that made learning not only insightful and practical but also fun."Digital Transformation & Change Management Graduate, 2025
“Through the DTCM programme, I gained valuable insights on how to align digital strategy with the human elements of change. I learnt how to apply proven frameworks and methodologies to drive transformation effectively, particularly in environments where resistance and legacy culture are strong. These are skills I can use when advising clients on human capital strategies, and of putting people at the centre of every transformation journey. This was a timely upgrade for my own work when I partner with HR/L&D of various organisations.”Digital Transformation & Change Management Graduate, 2025
“I found that the trainers are very seasoned in their fields of expertise, thus provided practical examples and guidance that I can relate to and apply in real business situations. The use cases and capstone project were opportunities for me to put the theories and frameworks learnt to a litmus test. I’ve had an enjoyable experience learning from BCG and the very dedicated trainers.”Digital Transformation & Change Management Graduate, 2025

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
-
Is the Applied AI in Digital Transformation & Change Management (AADTCM) course beginner-friendly?
AADTCM is designed for mid-career to senior professionals — not absolute beginners. You’ll need basic digital and computer literacy (comfortable using email, common software, and Zoom). No prior AI or transformation experience is required, but if you’re new to leadership or digital concepts, we recommend setting aside 2–3 extra hours per week to build your competencies alongside the programme.
-
What roles does AADTCM prepare me for?
AADTCM prepares you for roles such as Internal Transformation Consultant, Senior Business Manager, PMO Manager, Change Manager, Digital Project Manager, Product Owner, Agile Coach, Business Analyst, and other roles that involve leading or supporting AI-powered digital transformation initiatives.
-
How is AADTCM different from the previous DTCM programme?
AADTCM is a complete rebuild — not a rename. Applied AI is embedded in every module, from Day 1. You’ll work with tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Manus, and Agentic AI workflows across strategy, change management, and PMO practice — not just in one AI session at the end. The programme builds toward a real capstone project you can present to your organisation, not just a certificate.
-
Will I receive a certificate at the end of the course?
Yes. You will receive a RISE by BCG certificate upon completing the course, provided you meet minimum attendance and assessment requirements. The certificate is OpenCert verifiable and can be shared on LinkedIn. Digital badges are also awarded to top-performing learners in projects.
-
Do I need to spend time outside of class for group work?
The programme includes dedicated working and coaching sessions during class time for group collaboration. However, depending on the scope of your capstone project and your group’s pace, you may occasionally need additional time outside class to refine your work — consistent with how real transformation projects operate.
