Code of Conduct
I recognise that the Code of Conduct may be updated from time to time, and that it is my responsibility to stay informed of any changes. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the most recent version of the Code of Conduct.
I commit to conducting myself in a manner that fosters a positive, respectful, safe, and professional environment. I understand that adherence to these standards is essential for maintaining a productive, respectful, and safe learning environment for all participants.
Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, including but not limited to immediate removal from the program. In such cases, participants will not be eligible for any refund of fees paid. Additionally, any course subsidies or grants received may be subject to clawback by the relevant funding authorities. Serious or repeated breaches may be escalated to external authorities where necessary.
I acknowledge my responsibility to thoroughly review and uphold these expectations throughout my participation in the training program. The following guidelines are provided as examples and are not intended to be exhaustive:
- All participants are encouraged to voice their concerns or provide feedback in a respectful and solution-oriented manner. To maintain a supportive and collaborative environment, concerns about the program, its structure, or delivery should be raised directly with BCG or designated program staff. These should not be raised through informal group discussions that may lead to disruption or misunderstanding. This ensures that feedback can be addressed constructively and in the best interest of all participants.
- All participants are expected to engage with trainers, teaching assistants and other participants in a respectful and courteous manner, fostering a positive and supportive environment.
- Discrimination, harassment, or any form of disrespectful behaviour based on race, gender, age, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic will not be tolerated.
- Professionalism must be maintained in all interactions, ensuring that communication is clear, constructive, and free from offensive language.
- Professionalism must be maintained on social media, disparaging comments, offensive language, or sharing confidential information related to the program are strictly prohibited.
- Participants, trainers, and staff should not engage in fraudulent misrepresentation, inappropriate behaviour, or any other illegal activity
- Diverse perspectives and experiences are to be valued, and each participant should be given the opportunity to contribute to discussions and activities.
- All actions, both professional and personal, should be carried out with honesty, transparency, and fairness.
- All personal and sensitive information shared during the course of the training must be kept confidential and protected in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
- Participants should not disclose any confidential information obtained through the training program without prior consent, unless required by law.
