Testimonial List Type 1

“Amongst the many topics that we covered during the DGI program, a couple of strategies stood out and are practised in my team now: Emphasis on Innovation Sprints with an emphasis on having the quick wins; and the Structured Problem Solving. There were also concepts that were taught that have been entrenched in my company culture, such as having common goals within the team. I did manage to follow through with my Capstone project to launch SustainIT, our IT-Dept-as-a-Service subscription plan offering.”Digital Growth & Innovation Graduate, 2024

“The Omnichannel Sales and Marketing (OSM) programme equipped me with practical skills in integrating online and offline sales strategies, data-driven marketing, and customer journey optimization. Through real company case studies, I was able to better understand key concepts and apply them directly to my business. I especially valued the opportunity to exchange ideas with classmates, which broadened my perspective and sparked new strategies. This experience has not only enhanced my marketing capabilities but also contributed to the growth and transformation of my business.”Omnichannel Sales & Marketing Graduate, 2025

“Attending the DAB course was a game-changer for me as a Business Consultant. I gained invaluable skills in data interpretation, predictive modelling, and data visualisation, which are crucial for transforming raw data into actionable strategies. What I found most valuable was learning how to effectively uncover hidden insights within large datasets, enabling me to help my clients make more informed and impactful business decisions.”Data Analytics for Business Graduate, 2025

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
-
What makes RISE for Business different from other corporate training programmes?
Unlike most training programmes, RISE for Business lets learners bring real business challenges from their workplace and solve them with support from BCG experts and leading industry practitioners. This hands-on, tailored approach ensures learning is immediately applicable and delivers impact for both the employee and the organisation.
-
Are there course fee subsidies?
Yes. Eligible companies can receive up to 90% in training subsidies — 70% through the base SkillsFuture (SSG) subsidy, with an additional 20% provided via either the Enhanced Training Support for SMEs (ETSS) or the Mid-Career Enhanced Subsidy (MCES), depending on eligibility. In addition, companies may qualify for Absentee Payroll funding, which helps defray manpower costs when employees attend training. Other government support schemes may also be available depending on eligibility.
-
How much will my company need to pay after subsidies?
After subsidies, companies typically pay 10% of the course fee, amounting to $2,800 per learner (before GST). This amount can be further reduced by up to 90% using the SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC). In addition, companies can also claim Absentee Payroll funding to offset employee training-related costs even further.
-
As an employer, how would enrolling my employees in RISE for Business benefit my organisation?
RISE for Business equips your employees with future-ready digital and business capabilities that can be directly applied to their roles. Through a structured, part-time training experience, learners gain practical tools and frameworks in areas like data analytics, digital innovation, or omnichannel marketing—tailored to real use cases within your organisation.
It’s important to note that this is a learning programme—not a consulting engagement. The curriculum, group-based assessments, and coaching sessions follow a consistent structure and are not customised to individual business needs. The focus is on building your capabilities—so you take ownership of the challenge and grow through the process. By the end of the programme, you’ll be better prepared to lead digital initiatives, improve workflows, and contribute to your organisation’s transformation journey.
-
As a sponsored learner, how would joining RISE for Business benefit me?
As a sponsored learner, you’ll be equipped with in-demand business and digital skills that allow you to expand your role and create greater impact at work. Whether it’s making data-driven decisions, improving team workflows, or reaching customers more effectively through digital marketing, you’ll gain practical skills you can apply immediately—even during the course. With support from industry experts and trainers, you’ll work on real business challenges from your day-to-day role, delivering quick wins while building long-term capabilities that strengthen your career growth.
-
How are the classes conducted?
RISE for Business classes are primarily conducted online, through a blend of live virtual lectures, interactive workshops, self-paced e-learning, and hands-on projects. Learners also benefit from one-to-one coaching, where they receive personalised guidance and support to apply what they’ve learned in the workplace.
