    This program was designed as part of the SGUnited Mid-Career’s Pathway program after extensive research with employers on the most in-demand business and digital (biztech) skills. It is now supported by SkillsFuture Career Transition Programme (SCTP).

    We have an impetus to support mid-career PMETs to bring latest knowledge in biztech.

    We provide free matching services to benefit both the RISE talent and organisations looking to hire candidates with an agile and resilient mindset.

  • Do employers need to guarantee hiring?

    No commitment or guarantee.  Final hiring decisions will be made by companies, BCG will only facilitate screen and recommend candidates.
