    This program was designed as part of the SGUnited Mid-Career’s Pathway program after extensive research with employers on the most in-demand business and digital (biztech) skills

    We have an impetus to support mid-career PMETs to bring latest knowledge in biztech.

  • Do employers need to guarantee hiring?

    No commitment or guarantee.  Final hiring decisions will be made by companies, BCG will only facilitate screen and recommend candidates.

  • How were RISE learners selected?

    • All learners went through a rigourous admission screening, e.g. CV screening, mental ability test

    • All learners were interviewed by recruiters as part of admission screening

    • Part of the admission screening evaluated learners ability to handle the rigor of the training, and a growth mindset
